2.4.31 cdc_ether and RNDIS | |

Hi all, I am using kernel-2.4.31 on a board which has MIPS-4K processor. I have connected a USB cable from board to a PC which has Fedora Core 6 (kernel 2.6.18) installed. I am having trouble in getting up usb interface on the PC. Is it true that selecting both cdc_ether and RNDIS kernel options **simultaneously** will have any effect on getting up USB interface on the PC?
