Surely there are diagnostic steps for USB problems?!

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

I've got Ubuntu desktop Feisty.
I have corsairs 16GB USB memory stick.
It works fine if I boot up with the stick plugged in. If I remove it or
don't boot up with it in then I get errors in dmesg.

I want to know what steps I should take. I'm thinking something like
this has got to be totally fixable with normal commands once you know
how to diagnose it...

Somebody please help me!
