Surely there are diagnostic steps for USB problems?! | |

I've got Ubuntu desktop Feisty. I have corsairs 16GB USB memory stick. It works fine if I boot up with the stick plugged in. If I remove it or don't boot up with it in then I get errors in dmesg. I want to know what steps I should take. I'm thinking something like this has got to be totally fixable with normal commands once you know how to diagnose it... Somebody please help me! ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
