cdc-acm driver for HSF USB V.92 Data/Fax Modem

Hi All
 I want to get the following modem working on 2.6.19.2 kernel.  
The existing cdc-acm driver does not seem to support this device as the acm driver does not get loaded.

Does anyone have the driver or the patch for the cdc-acm driver to get this modem working?
