usb data lost ?

	      we found data lost when usb transfering from pc to pmp.
          the test step as follows:

          1/copy a file to pmp
		  2/remove the usb device safely
		  3/disconect usb cable
		  4/powerdown pmp and reboot pmp
		  5/connect pmp to pc
		  6/copy the file which last transferred ,to pc.
        
          compared this file with the orignal on pc ,found 4 bytes or more difference in the file.
		  e.g. I transfer 8MB data,the lost 4 bytes will occurs after getting serval MB.
          
		  I don't know if the endpoint fifo on isp1582 was wrongly configured ,fetched or the hardware interferce .

          due to I have no usb analyzer and less experience , I have no idea now.
