USB modem error on ARM 2.6.12.2

Hi all,

I am using arm-linux on:

Compulab ARMCore
Linux version 2.6.7-armcore
CPU: XScale-PXA255 [69052d06] revision 6 (ARMv5TE)

I am using a CDMA USB modem...
I get the following msg from time to time and i get disconnected.

I am able to reconnect to the net only when pulling out the USB and
reinserting it.

Any idea?
What does this line means?
