demo.c: Dumb Question Numero Uno

ehhhh...I hate to do this...

What do I need to link with to 
create demo.tux.so?

Because of it's size (in bytes) I'm
assuming the following is wrong:

>cc -c demo.c -o demo.o
>ld -shared demo.o -o demo.tux.so


Because of it's size (in bytes) I'm
also assuming the following is wrong:

>cc -c demo.c -o demo.o
>ld -shared demo.o tux.o -o demo.tux.so
