gzip/squid patch

If Miles hasn't already created a patch, here's what I have done:

#define HEADER_PART3V "\r\nVary: Content-Encoding"

(calculate MAX_OUT_HEADER_LEN)
sizeof(HEADER_PART3P) + 32 + sizeof(HEADER_PART3V) + \

(before adding extra HTML header)
        /*
         * Always add the Vary HTML header to get around SQUID caching bugs
         * when the data is compressed.
         */
        COPY_STATIC_PART(3V, curr);

Vary: is always sent, and therefore always works with squid.
