[PATCH 0/2] Save some memory with virt_lun0 and nullio devices

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

With the newly-added nullio support, we can save 8 pages of memory
per tpg by making virtual_lun0 a nullio device, and then not
allocating the never-touched backing store for nullio devices.

Testing:
Compiled and booted only. How do I test this? 'sg_luns' needs a
device the initiator can see, but virt_lun0 is only used when no
devices are exported, right?
