This series does the first simple steps of struct se_task removal, by
removing various fields from struct se_task, and moving the CDB emulation
framework back to using struct se_cmd.
It should not break BIDI support, but without a test can't 100% guarantee
that. I have further patches which totally remove struct se_task, but will
break BIDI support in their current form. Still looking for a good
XDWRITEREAD test case, but unless one appears I'm going to post it similar
to it's current form since XDWRITEREAD support appears untested and no one
cares to much.
