head node and compute nodes

Hi All,

I have a cluster with an head node and some compute nodes. 

My O.S. is SLES11 and I use the SSH shown below.
bino@service0:~> ssh -V
OpenSSH_5.1p1, OpenSSL 0.9.8h 28 May 2008

I would like to know how to configure the sshd on compute 
nodes to permit all connection from any compute nodes but
connection from head node only from root.
