oops.. I forgot we ran out of space in SpiceChannelClass.. This patch
should have updated _spice_reserved field.
It's not a big deal to increase the struct size, unless people have
implemented their own channel, which is unlikely.. but still..
Also reordering fields break ABI.
I will work on a fix asap.
