Hi,

I don't know the interest by individual 3GPP members, but as far as I know (Hannu, please verify) there is currently no dependency on these drafts in 3GPP.

we did a prototype implementation of the package a while ago. 3GPP seems
to be still interested in this.

I'd like to get some feedback from the relevant people in 3GPP about the changes I'm proposing.  The details probably do matter to them.
