Hi,

A '00' Draft has been submitted to the IETF archives that can be 
retrieved from the following link -

http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-boulton-sipping-endpoint-control-package-00.txt.  
The draft makes use of the Control Framework from the MEDIACTRL work 
group for the purpose of controlling endpoints.
