IPC$ Share in Linux - SAMBA

Hi...To restrict anonymous connections to the IPC$ share, if I restrict connections to IPC$ share of my SAMBA Server to 127.0.0.1 (i.e. no remote access to IPC$ share will be allowed), then can anybody think of any issues which might arise due to this?
