Yes but if you look at the CVE Version date, it is CVE Version: 20040901. 

Looks like it has been updated recently...

The first open source release of FAM was March 1, 2000. This security bug
was from Sept. 9, 1999. The FAM cvs history only goes back to 2003.

I think the problem was fixed, but I can't retrieve any of the advisories:
