Greetings,
Maybe this question is not referring to security, but is very useful for
to work in a domain with NIS and NFS.
I have one server that is the principal server for e-mail, ftp, NIS and
NFS for the users in te network local. The server and workstations have
Linux Red-Hat; the users can read their mail in any worksation without to
make a telnet to server principal; but, when they send a mail to somebody,
in the section of FROM appear user@localhost.localdomain. Then when the
user that receive their mail not know the e-mail direction correct of
"user".
How can I do for to make that appear the e-mail direction of user
correctly when they send a mail to somebody?? by example:
user@server.domainIP
I will be appreciated your help.
Thanks!
