Actually it might even be worse than you say because unless the poster is being printed off-set, and that is a process where numbers of copies required decides the economics of the process, they might be getting the stuff done using the screen printing process which would suggest 48# or at the best 65#. By the way, just what are the dimensions of a "Bill Board" because this is not a size I am familiar with, and for 12 years I ran a repro department in the uk (pre drum scanner days) that was mostly concerned with the reproduction of coloured originals for poster work. - Turn off HTML mail features.
