The big ass Apple Cinema display has notable color difference as you move your head. It's not for me. I recall from SGHT magazine that a representative from the Hitachi-fujitsu joint-venture plasma company said that plasma will be competitive in cost with CRT technology by 2003. Plasma has come a long way. Blacks are now black, not a green tinted gray.
