I'm sure even a Mac can see ASCII style text.  If not I'll type it here.

Get on a web browser and go to http://www.leben.com/lists

there you will find instructions to remove yourself from the list.

I suppose every so often an error with a server occurs and people signed 
up for other lists get wrong list postings forwarded to them.  Either 
that of someone entered your email address in this list as a joke or for 
some reason.

Either way, go to the URL above and find out how to remove yourself from 
the list.
