Labeling bottles

We are about to buy some gallons of mounting and cleaning (film & drum) fluids,
and will be transferring them to plastic (squeeze) wash bottles.

What does one use to label these plastic bottles with, that won't be washed away
by the fluids?  I'm thinking a latex based paint pen, but am really not sure.
