It's a pretty good comparison on one type of image. Indeed, that's where I
first saw it, and I downloaded his PS macro to try it. But on images that
have better defined edges, I found that GF worked better than his method,
although it wasn't a huge difference. Of course, I only got to try GF out on
ten images. I haven't bought it because I don't really need it for anything.
