Quick Question. I just saw a drum scan for the first time. I thought the Agfa 2500T made good scans. Compared to this drum scan it is a toy. Not even remotely close in quality. The image at 100 percent in photoshop is sharper than any photograph I've ever seen on my monitor before at any magnification. Just wondering, How close is the 120 Polaroid medium format sprintscan quality to an average drum scan? I'd be looking for a major quality gain over the agfa. There is no way I could ever afford a drum scanner, or to have drum scans made. And I certainly would never have time or patience to put oil on a neg or slide before scanning, so even a used one wouldn't be feasible. Thanks Jerry - Turn off HTML mail features.
