This may be a little expensive, but it lasts practically forever. Get a
small scuba tank and regulator and have it filled with filtered air. You
can use it for dusting negatives, and cleaning all your equipment.  A
tank usually lasts a year or more, and only costs about $10 to refill.
You could get a used one, so it wouldn't be too much. The scuba air
won't put crap all over your films like canned air will.
