Re: Epson Perfection 2450

NICE machine for the bucks, but I couldn't get mine to work at all with
Firewire OR USB2.0 on W98 SE, but it does fine on USB1.1 for transferring
data.....With some judicious sharpening, I'm getting some nice prints up to
13x19 from 645 negs and transparencies on my Epson 1160 Pigment Ink
printers .. ..This unit is a great adjunct to my Artixscan 4000T for
35mm....I couldn't see (or afford!) spending the current $$$$'s for a
dedicated 120 + scanner, and I havn't regretted my decision at all..
BTW, I'm having great results with Vuescan for both scanners..The BEST
$40.00 you'll ever spend!
