Dear All, I recently purchased a used DuoScan scanner by Agfa (Microtek). It works fine with flat reflective art and with slides but when I try to scan a 35 mm negative it gets about 45% through the negative and then crashes using the Agfa program either as a Twain plugin for PhotoShop or as a stand-alone program. If I use VueScan the results are complete but the same negative will yield two widely different results as if the color mask compensation is on one scan and not on with another. This problem with VueScan is random but frequent. Any ideas to correct this problem, Thanks for your time, Will Harvey from the beautiful Napa Valley. - Turn off HTML mail features.
