What is the best PC to run Nikon 4000 Scanner?

What is the best PC to run Nikon 4000 Scanner? I am thinking of getting a
new Dell PC before I purchase a Nikon 4000 Scanner. Was considering the
below. Any thoughts? Concerns: 1) I understand there may be a problem
adding a second hard disk latter. 2) No Firewire built into motherboard 3)
Wanted to get Flat Panel because of space (how will this monitor render
images vs CRT).
Thanks for your feedback, Tracy
