Hi, Rafe, Acer have evidently had a sizeable volume of feedback, particularly from the 2720 group on Yahoo, but have chosen to do little about the problem. Looks like Benq may address this after 1st March, but in the meantime they are stuck with the unnecessary cost of replacements, postage, etc. Hardly cost-effective.
