Mustek makes the A3 EP (parallel port) and the A3 SP (SCSI), 300dpi,
for about US$150; the SP with both Windows and Mac software.
Plustek once had one too in this price range, 400dpi.
Not easy to find in most shops, only the large (post-order) suppliers
seem to carry it.
