Just taking a small respite from interminable scanning when your mail
dropped in. Trying out Digital ICE and the thing sure works. Can recommend
it highly. Applied Science Fiction were quick to contact me and I supplied
them with samples of where I thought the card fell short. The idea may be to
give them one good clean before scanning, after which the finished image
turns out beautifully. I guess my point that photographers and scanners are
inseparable ruffled a few feathers, but then Scots and Irish folks are like
that. Keep sane, cos these technophiles are driving me crazy!
