2450 EPSON /VUESCAN QUESTION

I have a Microtek Artixscan 4000 dpi scanner that I use with Vuescan for 35mm with excellent results....When using Vuescan, I get a nice BIG preview in the preview window, and a nice LARGE view of the final scan..

What if anything am I doing wrong, or more precisely what CAN I do to get a LARGE preview  645 filmscan with my Epson 2450 using Vuescan??..All I can seem to get is an actual 1:1  645 image in the preview window....OK yes, I can "Zoom-in" and get a very much pixellated image..Anyone got any clues?/
