From: Hersch Nitikman <hersch@silcom.com> Subject: RE: VueScan to Photoshop A slightly different issue: when I scan a negative and bring it into Photoshop as a jpeg, it always comes in as a huge 72 ppi image. Is there any way to convince Photoshop that it should be nominally brought in at higher resolution? I sometimes forget to change the 'size' and it gets aggravating. Hersch *********************** Nope. And I don't know why it is that way. I think if you save a file in a .tif format it will come into PS in the original resolution.
