Was:Levels & Curves NOW: old appliances

Our vacuum cleaner (A Hoover, of course ;-)) is older than I am,
patented 1941, built 1948, and it still sucks! ;-)

Other than replacement drive belts, a bit of tape on the bag, and new
carpet brushes (although original motor brushes!), no repairs I'm aware
of... then again, I'm not a great housemaker, so it doesn't get as much
use as other things in the place. ;-)
