That's a very unusually short rebate time.  I've actually never seen
that in Canada.  The best I've seen is 4-6 weeks, from Epson, which also
was later in arrival.  I think part depends upon the location of the
fulfillment company, (in the company uses one - some do their own
rebates, like Microsoft).

Considering the holiday season, and the 9-11 postal problems, I suspect
it could take 3-4 weeks just for the mail service without processing
time for the rebate itself.  If you get it in 3-4 weeks, Polaroid has
managed to do the nearly impossible.
