The latest version on the web site is 5.0.3. There should be two additional versions before years end. 5.5 will be released for the Sprintscan 4000Plus. It also has an option to select one of four different data decimation techniques when scanning at less than full resolution. This will improve image quality for those scans. Version 5.6 will be available later and will support several 35mm panoramic formats on the SS4000 and SS4000 Plus. An optional panoramic carrier will be available for sale.
