Again, no drivers in the box, none on the website. I called Matrox (long distance) and the bastards promised me the drivers in a month. OK, I am a fool for listening to customer service. I bought the card mail-order, so a return is a PITA. Let's say I returned the item after discovering Matrox is a less than ethical company. Wouldn't you say that a company that made you install a product only to discover the driver doesn't do what it should do is a sleazy company, if not criminal. Think of the time you have to waste returning the item (stand in a line or repack, go to UPS, and hope your credit card gets credited). Sorry, I refuse to blame the victim (me). I blame the criminal (Matrox). Thanks for the insults. > -----Original Message----- > From: owner-scan@leben.com [mailto:owner-scan@leben.com]On Behalf Of > Chip Louie > Sent: Monday, November 19, 2001 1:04 PM > To: scan@leben.com > Subject: RE: Graphics card for PC (was: Monitor Choice Poll) > > > > > Hey, > > The only thing 100% wrong was that YOU bought a product that > didn't work for > your application.
