Polaroid rebate

Hi folks, for any of you that bought a SprintScan 4000 recently and submitted an entry form for the $200 rebate; have you gotten your rebate yet, and if so how long did it take? I sent mine in late September and now, beyond than the 4-6 weeks that is claimed on the form, haven't gotten my check yet. Although the company's in bankruptcy, they claim their recent cash infusion is enabling them to keep processing rebates, but my 'status please?' emails to the company go unanswered.
