I would give yourself an "out", i.e. make sure the scanner works under
Vuescan. I haven't got Microtek ScanWizard Pro TX to work right under Win2k,
though I haven't bothered to contact Microtek. I bought Vuescan which works
fine under win2k.

You don't need ez-scsi with win2k. The drivers are built in.
