New Samba OpenLDAP Ubuntu Community Doc

Hello,

I am learning about Samba and LDAP and after much research I managed to put a Samba PDC together that uses LDAP for its backend.  Using smbldap-tools to create the user accounts, I am also able to store posix and organizational information.  I also discovered the Luma LDAP GUI tool along the way.  I have put together a Ubuntu community document that I hope will be helpful to other people in my situation.
