You can use ACLs to grant them write access.
[master share]
comment = All of WWW read/write access
path = /www
valid users = "@DOMAIN\My master group"
write list = "@DOMAIN\My master group"
force group = "My Master group"
Or you can use the above "force group" option to access the files as a
group that does have access.
read only = No
create mask = 0775
directory mask = 0775
