After boot start, I press enter and show two lines : linux xxx ........ initrd.img.......... and reboot ocurred....I tried install Linux Red Hat 9 e all right.....installation completed......This error occured only with Linux Red Hat Enterprise 4. AlexAlex This should be posted to the nahant-list: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/nahant-list One thing that stands out to me however is that rhel4 should be run with a min of 256mb RAM but I am not sure if having less would cause your problem, I have never installed rhel4 with less than 256mb. If you don't resolve this then you might get more help on the nahant-list, please make sure you include any error messages if you post there.
