I always found it very useful with 7.2 and 8.0; used to have it in 9; and have it again in FC1, which makes me miss it the more on the machine still running shrike. I can't tind a way to turn it on -- if it's off. It may just be misconfigured: whenever I rebot, both panels turn pure black, and I have to go into properties to restore a background against which I can see my launchers. What do I do to fix it?
