do the following to create a link from the sendmail restricted shell 
directory:
cd /etc/smrsh && ln -s /etc/webmin/sendmail/autoreply.pl

it should work now, no problem.  each program that you intend
to use from sendmail aliases needs to appear in /etc/smrsh for
security purposes.
