There *is* a docs.iso. When you go into the ~/en subdirectory
of any RH mirror, hang a left at  ~/en/iso/doc, instead of going
right to ~/en/iso/i386 ...! There are actually three iso files:
EMEA for Europe and the Middle East, APAC for the Asia
and Pacific Region, and US for the United States (alias
North America)
