not true, it states that if you are already a RHN "paid" 
subscriber or have entitlement, you're already elligible, or 
whatever language you want to put in.  besides, who would be 
dumb enough to pay 60 for CD's when you could get them 
cheaper or free after the release date.  i mean do we really 
have money to spread all over the place.

no monopoly here, red hat is business and they have right to 
run the business as they see it fit.  and there was no 
mistake in their advertisement, which means false 
advertisement is out of the door or all those legal 
loopholes you're thinking of.
