User: "Hi, I'm having problems getting all of my mail downloaded, can you help me?"
BOFH: "Sure, what's your username?" (Haven't they learned yet??)
User: "Great, my username is JeffC, that's J-E-F-F-C"
BOFH: "Yep, got it right here, give me just a second" Tap Tap Tap. "Ah, there you go, go ahead and check your mail now."
User: "Hmmm - it said 'Send and Receive complete', but nothing came in."
BOFH: "There you go, you're all set." Click!
User: "Aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!
