KPPP problem - can't start to connect ISP server

Hi all folks,

KDE desktop
Internal modem (win modem)
=========================

My problem:
Modem started but could not start connecting ISP server

Setup as follows;

Device
Modem Device - /dev/ttyS1 (also tried /dev/ttyS0)
Flow Control - XON/XOFF
Line Termination - CR/LF
Connection Speed - 57600 (also tried 115200)
check - Use Lock File (also tried uncheck this item)

Modem
Check - Wait for Dial Tone Before Dialing
Query Modem - Started looking for modem/Modem ready/OK
Modem Query Results - displayed with zero entry

Misc
pppd Timeout - 30s
Check - Show Clock on Caption
Check - Disconnect on X-server shutdown
Check - Minimize Window on Connect

Account Setup
Dial
Connection Name - ISP
Phone Number - 123456
Authentication - PAP/CHAP (also tried Script-base)
check Store password

IP - check Dynamic IP Address
Gateway Setup - check Default Gateway
                check Assign the Default Route to this Gateway
DNS - Configuration - Check Automatic
Login Script - Expect
Execute - no entry
Accounting - no selection

KPPP clicking "Connect" to connect
Modem ready
Initiating Modem

Then it hanged there
