I believe it was last included in the powertools for the 7.1 release.

I maintain a nano rpm package because nano is the editor used for another 
project I'm invloved with. (RULE project)

I've just built the latest release if anyone is interested. 
(Built on an 8.0 machine):
http://www.tuxfan.homeip.net:8080/rpms/nano-1.2.0-1.rh8.0.i386.rpm
(Built on a stock Pheobe machine):
http://www.tuxfan.homeip.net:8080/rpms/nano-1.2.0-1.rh8.0.94.i386.rpm
