mp3, Real, Flash, plugins.. [was Re: Redhat's intentions for streaming[

Is it possible for Red Hat to put dummy link programs for mp3/Real/... players so that when the user starts the mp3 or a Real player it tells him:

"Due to licensing restrictions the mp3 codec was not shipped with your distribution. But you can install it now. Do you want to intall it ? yes , no"
after pressing "yes" it asks the root password and then downloads the mp3 rpm package from some location and installs it automatically.

it would be a pretty neat solution if they could get it to work.

PS. actually i have even better idea. In the firstboot session a user could be asked:
"Due to licensing restrictions the the following programs were not shipped with your distribution. But you can install them now."
and then give a list of:
mp3 codec,
RealOne player,
Acrobat Reader,
Java VM and plugin,
Flash,
and so on."

then by simple clicking of buttons the user installs all those things.

formally Red Hat is not redistributing that software, it just makes it easier for the user to install it. They could also display all those licensing agreements and what not.
