I'm not finding a definitive answer... Google, man pages, docs, etc.. Who receives?
Your question isn't clear. There is an "operator" user on standard Red Hat and Fedora installs, user ID 11, group root: operator:x:11:0:operator:/root:/sbin/nologin As is obvious, the operator user can't log in and would use root's home directory. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- - Rick Stevens, Systems Engineer rps2@xxxxxxxx - - Hosting Consulting, Inc. - - - - If it's stupid and it works...it ain't stupid! - ---------------------------------------------------------------------- _______________________________________________ Redhat-install-list mailing list Redhat-install-list@xxxxxxxxxx https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-install-list To Unsubscribe Go To ABOVE URL or send a message to: redhat-install-list-request@xxxxxxxxxx Subject: unsubscribe
