Or should I just go back and do a fresh install of FC5 ?? I'd do a fresh install. FC5 uses Xorg for X instead of FC3's XFree86. There's lots of inherent differences between the two systems... especially in the development trees. You're running into that issue. Can you fix it without a reinstall? Yes, but it can be rather time consuming and frustrating. I've done it. I wouldn't do it again. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- - Rick Stevens, Senior Systems Engineer rstevens@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx - - VitalStream, Inc. http://www.vitalstream.com - - - - Artificial Intelligence usually beats real stupidity. - ---------------------------------------------------------------------- _______________________________________________ Redhat-install-list mailing list Redhat-install-list@xxxxxxxxxx https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-install-list To Unsubscribe Go To ABOVE URL or send a message to: redhat-install-list-request@xxxxxxxxxx Subject: unsubscribe
